- BA/BS in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Microbiology Professional Qualifications
- HACCP and ISO 9001/17025/22000 Certification preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems - Requirements
- ISO 22000:2005 Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain
- SQF Practitioner Certification preferer
- Overall experience of 7 years or more with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in dairy and/or beverage manufacturing
- Experience with cultured products is a huge plus
- Strong understanding of the Middle East especially Oman
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Experience with GMP, Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Employment Standards regulatory requirements
- Ability to deal with operational challenges in a production environment
- Financial awareness to understand and interpret numbers; Excellent written & verbal communication / presentation skills
- Team player with excellent motivational skills
- Must be alert, strive for accuracy, and have ability to exercise independent thinking and judgment, be a self- motivator, and attention to details.
