"Shift Leader - Long Life" Hiring for Production department in Dairy based in OmanThis position is responsible for processing, filling and packaging of processed products, making it ready for shipment. Prime responsibility is to ensure that process runs with minimum glitches.This position ensures that the Long-life products are packaged in a hygienic manner to ensure the products are complying food safety regulation and internal quality standard.The key indicators are machine hygiene and sanitation, Personal hygiene and sanitation in order to achieve the desired best products to the end users( customers).Professional Qualifications:

Degree/ diploma in Dairy Technology / Food technology with minimum
7 years of experience in production of processed cheddar
Cheese/processed cream cheese/Icecream/UHT products
Post graduate in dairy or food will be an added advantage
Knowledge of quality systems
Strong understanding of the Middle East especially Oman

Job Specific Skills :

Should be able to plan the production including mixing processing and filling.
Should be able to trace out problems in the products/ and find solution
Must be alert, strive for accuracy, and have ability to exercise independent thinking and judgment, be a self- motivator, and attention to detail
Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability, Integrity, discretion and loyalty.
