- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Process financial transactions such as invoicing, billing, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Utilize integrated accounting software systems effectively to streamline financial processes.
- Manage databases proficiently to store and retrieve financial data accurately.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization, providing financial insights and support as required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good database management skills.
