About the opportunityWhat's On Your Plate?Monitor and improve Rider Performance and ComplianceLead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zonesLead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projectsLead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider CaptainsDocument weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement itemsMonitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-levelManage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etcSupervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider SupervisorInventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipmentOversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executedGroom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing ridersReduce rider complaints originating from customersMonitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning ridersAudits fleet appearance & rider behavior via on ground visitsWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order?Bachelor's Degree2+ years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferredProficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Influencer and negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skillsPeople management skills: Experience in managing a bigger group of peopleWho we areAs the region's leading local tech organization, we're proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
