A family office based in Muscat, Oman is seeking to hire an arabic speaking personal assistant.As well as administrative duties, you will also be involved in household coordination, staff support, and non-financial administration. Other responsibilities will include providing concierge services, such as travel planning, bookings, and event coordination. Supporting the recruitment and management of household and private staff, handling personal administrative matters including utility setup, subscriptions, and errands. Maintaining records, correspondence and filing systems while overseeing household operations across properties which will involve maintenance, inspections and visits. Coordinating administrative tasks for overseas properties and ensuring strict confidentiality and separation between personal and household matters.To be eligible for this role our client expects high integrity, confidentiality and a stable work history. Past experience within a family office is required as well as knowledge of the regional lifestyle ways.
