A leading investment fund, based in Muscat is interested in hiring a Senior Counsel to join its expanding team.The role will oversee all legal matters relating to claims and disputes regarding the investment funds and its subsidiaries.The role will manage all disputes (financial and legal) and related legal proceedings, from beginning the legal process to its conclusion.Answering to the General Counsel, the role will also involve direct management and mentorship of more junior Lawyers.Applicants must be legally qualified, and have at least 10 years' post qualification experience in litigation relating to large scale financial services. This experience must have been gained in reputable, recognised law firms and similar financial institutions with outstanding international reputations.It is essential that applicants must be fluent in both English and Arabic.Remuneration: £140K+ tax free plus package.
