Monitor the performance of the OQ RPI Sustainability Dashboard, analyze ESG data and provide management with insights on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Review sustainability (ESG) records to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with specified requirements and recognized standards.
Oversee work performed by relevant contractors and consultants to ensure quality, alignment, and value delivery.
Support RPI contributions to OQ Group annual sustainability reporting requirements and lead development of the RPI annual sustainability report.
Develop sustainability awareness and capability-building initiatives across relevant OQ RPI functions and departments.
Contribute to the development of sustainability-related projects, initiatives, and strategic programs.
Support the implementation, administration, documentation, and communication of the Sustainability Performance Management Framework at RPI.
Prepare sustainability and ESG-related reports, ensuring alignment with international reporting standards and social impact measurement practices.
Develop and support evaluation of ESG risk assessment measures in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor sustainability performance, highlight improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging sustainability trends, frameworks, and best practices to support ongoing maturity enhancement.
Support actions that promote reduced environmental footprint and sustainable resource management.

6-8 years of experience.
Experience contributing to ESG reporting, sustainability governance, or performance management activities in corporate or industrial environments
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or and/or education/training in areas related to sustainability, ESG assessment, or environmental / social performance evaluation.
Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability and ESG topics, reporting frameworks, and performance requirements.
Ability to evaluate business plans, sustainability indicators, and ESG performance trends.
Proven capability in developing structured sustainability / ESG reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in implementing sustainability frameworks, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Exposure to change management environments and sustainability maturity development is an advantage.
