Accounts and Administration Officer:
The Job:
Petty cash handling
General accounting functions, including preparation of contract cost summaries for running projects
Purchasing, including creation of local and foreign purchase orders, expedition, customs documentation as required
Assistance with credit management
Preparation of invoices and payment follow-up
Other general administrative support including utility bill payments, insurance, staff timesheets and licence renewals, etc
Preferred Qualification:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- English language fluency
- Computer & Telephone operation knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Driving License
