- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new as well as existing corporate clients, Academic Institutions, Embassies, travel agencies and other partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative product and services offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Maintain admin records and monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized
- Maintain corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.
