- Maintain accurate inventory records of all items in the store, including equipment, tools, and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to replenish inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify their material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance department for accurate and timely accounting of store-related transactions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in all store activities.
- High school Diploma or any Degree with 5 to 8 Years experience
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper in Oil & Gas Construction Companies engaged in Plant and Cross-Country Pipelines / Flowlines / Gathering Station projects is essential.
- Knowledge of storekeeping practices and inventory control procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or other inventory management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
