Store KeeperJob Location : OmanResponsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all items in the store, including equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to replenish inventory.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify their material requirements and ensure timely availability.
  • Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for accurate and timely accounting of store-related transactions
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in all store activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • High school Diploma or any Degree with 5 to 8 Years experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper in Oil & Gas Construction Companies engaged in Plant and Cross-Country Pipelines / Flowlines / Gathering Station projects is essential.
  • Knowledge of storekeeping practices and inventory control procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or other inventory management software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
