Requirements:

Having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Mechanical/ Building Services/ HVAC engineering.
Having a specialist knowledge and experience in HVAC and Air-conditioning systems and other building services
At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects
Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
