You will provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support (Inbound)
  • Handle inbound customer support calls
  • Assist with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and services
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently
Operations & Documentation
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Follow internal processes and guidelines
  • Ensure high-quality service standards
Profile
  • C2 French and strong English (C1)
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Experience handling inbound calls
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 3–4 hours per day
  • Operating hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (CEST)
  • Flexibility required within this timeframe
Compensation & Training
  • €9/hour
  • Training duration: 1 day
  • Paid training
  • Training start date: May 4, 2026
Technical Requirements
  • Stable wired internet connection (LAN required)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)
