Mechanical Design Engineer

• Preparation of General Arrangement drawings for customer submissions.
• Preparation of manufacturing drawings Tanks, Package substations, Skid assembled closed cage units, Internal layouts etc.
• Preparation of Bill of materials.
• Coordinate with colleagues responsible for Electrical Design, Procurement, manufacturing, and Sales.
• Participate in Design review meetings with customers / consultants.
• Qualifications: BE/DE in relevant engineering Discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in working in a transformer industry (20 MVA, 36KV), with ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Preferred to have knowledge of applicable codes and standards - IEC, IEEE, OES, DEP standards.
