- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor performance to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Manage all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal inventory allocation (OTA, GDS, direct channels, etc.).
- Conduct regular revenue meetings with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align on strategies and performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing and positioning to maintain a competitive advantage in the Muscat market.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive group and corporate business while maximizing profitability.
- Oversee yield management systems and ensure accurate data input and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and present insights to senior management.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including packages, promotions, and upselling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate revenue guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, PMS, CRS, and channel managers.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Muscat hospitality market is an advantage.
