- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the team.
- Foster strong customer relationships and address inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field .
- 7+ years of experience in Automotive Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
