- Bachelor of Engineering -Civil, Quality Assurance and Management
- 06 to 08 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 04 yrs.)- Preferably in the field of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
- GCC Driving License would be preferable.
- Ensure all inspection & test requirements of the project are met at all stages of process / production as per the PQP and contract requirements.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify quality requirements and ensure adherence throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish quality standards and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Assist with the preparation and monitor implementation of Method Statements.
- Monitor the subcontractor's performance for compliance with quality requirements.
- Ensure all relevant updated codes, standards , technical specifications and Quality documents are maintained at site
- Monitor the subcontractors performance for compliance with quality requirements
- Participated in quality assurance meetings, providing input and recommendations to improve project quality and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing quality assurance and quality control activities, including inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Liaise with the project personnel on a day-to-day basis for quality related activities and verify compliance of activities to the approved drawings, Client / Consultant requirements, QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions
