Performance Reporting and AnalysisResponsible for optimizing our Sales performance reporting structure and processes.Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data.Synthesize performance trends and business performanceIdentify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner.Responsible in managing & execution for special projectsAnalytical support for various forumsDrive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests.Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modellingDevelop joint business plans to support the sales teamDeliver unbiased insights to improve Sales performance.Building a performance focused cultureWork with Sales teams (Sales Acquisition, Account Management and Sales Support) to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set with continuous monitoring.Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.Propose product enhancements to improve experienceUncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve SalesWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order?Preferred candidates will be:● Passionate about the food industry● Believe that you are a fit for our culture and our values.
