- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in leasing or renting vehicles from Prime Car Leasing
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' preferences, requirements, and budget constraints
- Showcase available vehicles to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and leasing options
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients to help them select the right vehicle for their needs
- Collaborate with the leasing team and other departments to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the leasing process.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Prepare and review leasing contracts and rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and promote Prime Car Leasing's services
- Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential tenants, providing accurate and detailed information about available properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable properties.
- Utilize Microsoft tools to maintain accurate records of tenant inquiries, property showings, and lease agreements.
- BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration
- Proven Experience in leasing/ car rental
- Strong negotiation, communication and English skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leasing processes concurrently.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
