Main objective is to generate revenue through wholly owned assets. This will mainly entail business development and relationship building plus obtaining long-term leasing agreements and collection of debts. Responsibilities: Responsible for formulation of tactics to optimize short and long-term leasing and accordingly, financial performance. Establish strong relationship with various residential and commercial prospective clients such as corporates, key stores and retail chains and use the same in obtaining leasing opportunities and debt collection. Stay abreast with market and customer trends and advise management on asset leasing opportunities and pricing for leasing real estates. Ensure achieving targeted revenues of leasing of real estate units on monthly basis. Ensure achieving monthly debt collections targets. Qualifications Graduate of any degree. 5+ years experience in the Oman Real Estate market with proven records of relationship building and debt collection. Energetic, self-starter and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence management regarding proposed tactics. Oman driving license is essential. Being Omani national is a definite advantage.
