Having minimum 10 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Electrical engineering
Must have specialist knowledge and experience in Electrical systems both internal and external electrical infrastructure i.e. substations etc.; ELV systems, Control & Automation, Telecom network, Security systems, BMS etc.
At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects
Certification from electrical authorities preferred
Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
