To set and maintain exceptionally high standard of cleaning on a daily basis in accordance with company standards
Supervision of cleaning operations and supervision of cleaning staff working all areas

Job Responsibilities 21. To maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment. Ensure that all chemicals used in the contract area are properly labelled and stored2. To ensure that all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained, checked and kept in good working order in accordance with company procedures and report all relevant faults.3. To report all maintenance issues to the Manager and Maintenance Department4. Consistently monitoring and reviewing ways to improve timings, standards and systems in order for the Department to continue improving and for budgets to be met.5. Organise monthly inspection checks and ensure completion is met and all documentation is filed appropriately6. To carry out any reasonable request made by the direct Manager in a timely and cost effective manner and reporting all problems performing these duties
